AT Inks (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to request the deletion of your personal information associated with your account or interactions with our services.
If you wish to have your personal information deleted, you may submit a data deletion request at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal information, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Data Deletion Request page.
- Complete the required information in the request form.
- Submit your request.
- Our team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
- Once your identity has been verified, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain certain information to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Facebook Login Users
If you previously signed in using Facebook Login, you may also remove AT Inks’ access to your Facebook account by visiting your Facebook Apps & Websites settings and removing the AT Inks application.
Please note that removing the application from Facebook does not automatically delete any information already stored by AT Inks. A separate data deletion request should still be submitted if you wish to have your information removed from our records.
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Any retained information will be securely protected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
