Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA or Chemical-related field, with 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
- Market survey for existing dealers/ distributors/ OEM, etc. Understand the applications, their needs & convert them into business.
- Understand the business potential of particular products.
- Coordination with the internal team for day to day requirements & the new development as per the new application.
- Pitch the product for new and existing application.
- Conduct trials at customer place with full Support team with the individual
- Setup dealer & distributors network.
- Maintain the business via dealer network as well as big size end users.
- Relationship building with the existing customers and providing best solutions to their queries and problems.
- Finding new leads, communicating with the right pitch and understanding the business and providing possible solutions.
- Working to get the OEM business and communicating with them continuously.
- Take part in company growth by providing better suggestions & ideas for new product requirements.
- Language Skills – Ideally should know Hindi and English. English does not need to be excellent, it should enough to communicate.
